Bonjour! Hello! Hallo! Olá! ¡Hola! I'm Sophia,
I'm a Learning & Development Specialist and Leadership & Happiness Coach.
Over the past 12 years I have worked mainly in Sales roles across different regions, from a supporting role to leading sales teams achieving their targets.
I have lead sales trainers and been a sales trainer myself where product and sales behaviour training are at the core of what I do and love.
I also create and deliver workshops for Senior Management teams before, during and after an Organisational Transformation; where topics such as team building, team values, giving and receiving feedback and coaching are key and my favourite ones too!
In these past 12 years I've had the pleasure to work for companies such as Nokia, Telefonica and Canon. Where building and maintaining relationships at all levels of a company is crucial. And what helped me most was my language knowledge. I can speak, read, write and sometimes dream in 5 different languages :) French, English, Dutch, Portuguese and Spanish.
