Sophia Frentz

Sophia Frentz has a PhD in Genetics from the University of Melbourne, where she investigated potential treatments for early-onset mitochondrial disorders. She completed undergraduate at the University of Otago, also in Genetics, and currently works for Deloitte in their Technology, Strategy, and Architecture consulting stream.
Sophia is currently a councillor for the Royal Society of Victoria. She has written for The Conversation, The Cusp, Archer, and Lateral Magazine. She's also had an article in The Best Australian Science Writing (2016).
