Sophia Fuller

Sophia Fuller is the third full time member of the Girl Director team.

I started working with Girl Director at the beginning of 2017 as a part time personal assistant to Rachel Dunn and Michael Hole. As a self proclaimed over-achiever it didn’t take long for me to start taking on much more than just looking after the Rachel and Michael.

Nowadays, I am the full time Events Manager, Executive Assistant and Instagram trainer at Girl Director. Not to mention everything that comes up behind the scenes.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Indonesian Studies and plan to soon start my Masters in International Business. Through this interest and experience I am able to bring a lot more to the table when we sit and brainstorm Girl Director internationally.

"Why Indonesian?" is a question I get asked A LOT! Well, I love travel and have spent time in Europe, USA, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. But, the experience that stands out the most to me is my time volunteering in Borneo, Indonesia.

I was able to spend time in small isolated communities, hear stories full of culture, eat food that has been taught from mother to daughter through every generation and help them in their fight against the palm oil companies.

This has opened my eyes to the kindest and most innovative people I have ever met. I took the opportunity to study Indonesian so I could continue to help them in this fight and give back to the communities that deserve it most.

Giving back and empowering others are core values that I share with Girl Director and part of the reason that I love being part of this expanding team.
