Meet Sophia, a dedicated individual making a significant impact on the lives of young people in Mon State, Myanmar. As the co-founder and Managing Director of J'McNeely Education Myanmar, Sophia has taken the initiative to establish a school with a mission to provide quality education and career development opportunities to the youth in her community.

Sophia's journey began with a realization of the challenges faced by Myanmar's young population.

Understanding the importance of proper education, training, and practical experience in standing out among international youth, Sophia decided to bridge the gap. She recognized that by offering an effective approach to the international Food and Beverage (F&B) industry, she could empower the young people of Myanmar.

With this vision in mind, Sophia initiated various programs at J'McNeely Education Myanmar. The school provides comprehensive training to aspiring Food and Beverage attendants, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge required to excel in the industry.

Additionally, Sophia incorporated theatre-based English speaking training, helping students improve their communication skills through engaging and interactive methods. Furthermore, she introduced music therapy classes, recognizing the power of music in promoting holistic development and well-being among the students.

However, Sophia's aspirations reach beyond the walls of her institution. Sophia aims to expand the reach of her mission and enhance the opportunities available to Myanmar youth.
