Passions in the classroom

I am a second year teacher OCT certified from primary to senior. As an educator and high school basketball coach, I am committed to inclusive learning where students can feel safe and supported. My teaching approach is rooted in trauma-informed practices focusing on resilience and a space to safely express themselves. I am dedicated to racism education where I push against biases and teach to celebrate diversity. I am a strong advocate for children's rights to learn and I will empower each student to have a voice in my classroom. I am CPR C certified.
