I spend most of my day blissfully laughing and creating either with my students or for my student through M.A.Y. (Mindfulness, Art, & Yoga).

Hi, my name is Sora but I am also known Sno, So-So, and Bean. When I am not in NY I am usually exploring new places around the world. You may find me on a motorbike in a distant country. If you do, please join me for a fun ride towards happiness, peace and compassion.
