Hi there!

I am a first year student currently studying the Creative Industries at Ryerson University. My program is four years long in which I will be specializing in Media Business and Graphic Communications Management during that time. I currently do not have any significant professional or academic experience in either field but during the third year of my program, a built in internship/co-op is provided. If I was able to choose, my dream internship/co-op would definitely be working for a marketing or advertising firm. I just love hands on creativity and I also find the behind the scenes action of what goes into a marketing scheme or advertisement to be fascinating.

However, I am aspiring to one day become an entrepreneur. Yet, I do believe that in order to increase the likelihood of my own success, I should gain real life experience working for a business consultation firm. I will start from the bottom of course and work my way up the ladder so I will have the knowledge and expertise to succeed once I am on my own. By doing this, I will be able to see first hand what is required to grow and prosper as a business through past clients I have helped. Having said that, I have not yet decided what it is exactly I want to do yet but my interests range from fitness to travel and fashion so only time will tell.
