I finished up at Swarthmore College in 2011, having studied a lot of economics, music theory, classical saxophone, and mathematics. I won Swarthmore's concerto competition in my junior year.

For the last two years I worked at Columbia Business School on empirical finance projects exploiting novel structural modeling in big data to facilitate causal inference.

I'm now starting master's study at Harvard in "applied math", where I'll learn a bunch of numerical methods and statistics so that I can write a decent algorithm for The Dating Ring and do modern statistical modeling in a possible Finance PhD.
