Soren Spiers has over twenty years of experience in financial management and has been the Director of Finance for four PGA golf resort facilities. In his current position at Shadow Wood Country Club, Soren handles internal and external reporting, hiring and training staff, coordinating the annual budget, managing outside audits, working across different departments, identifying risk factors and creating solutions, overseeing daily operations, directing Human Resources, managing technology services, reviewing payments, wiring transfers, partnering with insurance agents and conducting monthly Finance Committee Meetings.
