Sosepriala Dede is a dedicated and dynamic leader, with expertise in using technology and innovative practices to lead district and school turn-around and development in large urban school settings.

SoSo DeDe encourages an atmosphere of open, honest, and effective communication with scholars and their families, school and district leaders, higher education leaders, local and national business leaders, and civic/community leaders.

Sosepriala Dede has also worked as an Executive Director of College Career & Workforce Development at Gestalt Community Schools, Memphis, TN. Previously, he has worked as Director of Accelerated and Alternative Education at Tindley Accelerated Schools, Indianapolis, IN.

SoSo DeDe has experience of working as a Building Level Leader, District Level Leader, and President/Superintendent.

Sosepriala Dede earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education from Indiana State University. He completed his Master of Science from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis. SoSo DeDe earned a Doctorate of Education in Education, Leadership, and Policy from Vanderbilt University.

SoSo DeDe is also known as decisive, analytical problem-solver with proven success in creating and implementing district and school initiatives aimed at improving overall district, school, and student - achievement, efficiency, and performance.
