I am a holistic cardiologist specialising in Cardiopulmonary exercise testing (Ergospirometry), Exercise physiology & prescription & Cardiac rehabilitation.

I live in Kefalonia island, Ionian Sea, Greece and work as a Consultant Cardiologist in the local General Hospital.

I'm also a Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Pharmacology and CPR professor at Nurses and Paramedics Public School of Kefalonia.

My interests range from creative writing and poetry to training (swimming, callisthenics, running). I am also interested in entrepreneurship, travelling, movies, and technology.
