Souheil Badran

Senior Vice President & General Manager, Digital River World Payments Souheil Badran leads DRWP as senior vice president and general manager. DRWP offers relevant payments in more than 190 countries and delivers a unique set of payment programs built to simplify and adapt to the rapidly changing global payments and security landscape. Souheil joined Digital River with extensive experience in high technology organizations including sales and marketing, product management, strategic development, mergers and acquisitions, and high-growth initiatives. Prior to Digital River, Souheil was senior vice president and general manager at First Data Corporation managing their eCommerce Solution group which enabled businesses to transact in an eCommerce and Card Not Present environment. Souheil joined First Data from Rebtel where he was president and general manager responsible for driving Rebtel's growth strategy and operations in the Americas and APAC regions. Souheil joined Rebtel from VeriSign where he served as vice president and general manager for their international operations across Europe, Middle East, Africa, India, Central and Latin America and Asia Pacific. He also had responsibility for VeriSign’s Global Channel and Partner programs. Prior to VeriSign, Souheil held senior positions at Digital Insight (acquired by Intuit) and Metavante Corporation (acquired by FIS). Souheil serves on the Board of Trustees for Cardinal Stritch University and is on several technology Advisory Boards.
