I hold a Master’s degree in Network Industries & Digital Economy from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, which I obtained in collaboration with prestigious institutions such as École Polytechnique, CentraleSupélec, Télécom Paris, and Université Paris-Saclay. I am also honored to have received an Excellence Scholarship for my MBA program in Shanghai, a distinction awarded to only five individuals in Morocco.

Currently, I work as an Information Systems Project Manager / Business Analyst at BPCE Group, where I lead severals projects for the insurance sector, particularly in the area of claims management and indemnification processes. I am also involved in various optimization and automation initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. My core competencies include System Integration and agile methodologies, which I leverage to drive project success and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

With over seven years of diverse experience, I have managed projects related to digital transformation, process digitalization, internal sales support, and conversion rate optimization for renowned organizations such as Bosch Rexroth, Decathlon International, and Natixis (BPCE Group). Throughout my career, I have gained valuable expertise in project management, coordinating interdisciplinary teams, and effectively communicating with various clients and stakeholders.

I am passionate about innovation, creativity, and collaboration, and I strive to contribute to the development of solutions that address real-world challenges while adding value to society. My multicultural and multidisciplinary background, combined with my proficiency in three languages, allows me to bring a unique perspective to the team, enriched by my diverse experiences in different countries and fields.
