B.Tech(Hons.) Electronics & Communication
INK Fellow in association with TED
SourabhKaushal, Electronics & Communication Engineer and Space Science Enthusiastic from INDIA. He have done his engineering from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, Haryana, INDIA. Currently, he is an INK Fellow and spoke at INKtalks in association with and also spoke at TEDx.
He is very much passionate about space science and technology and doing research on Space Debris and Space Elevator system. He proposed some new methods to mitigate Space Debris ( The collection of objects in orbit around earth that were created by human beings but no longer serve as any useful purpose in space and threat to our satellites, ISS and also threat to the life of astronauts.) that include use of decayable material for the construction of space machines and reenter, use of nanotube mesh technique using laser &nanobots, recycling of space debris for the formation of space structure and energy production from space debris. He received runner up “Jerome Pearson Award 2010” by International Space Elevator Consortium, USA in association with NASA, Microsoft, and LSW and received“Dr. KalpanaChawla Young Scientist Award” 2012 at the age of 22 years for my research work on space debris mitigation.
He is also appreciated by The Vice President of INDIA Sh. M.H. Ansari for his research work and nominated for "Jerome Leaderer Space Safety Pioneer Award" by IAASS Canada, finalist of MIT TR 35 Young Innovator.
His research papers got selected in morethan 25 International Conferences organized by NASA, ISRO, IEEE, ESA, JAXA, MICROSOFT, EUSPEC, ESW, LSW, CSA, ASO,IAASS etc. and published in International Journal, articles published in international & national digital, print media, magazines etc.
His research on Space Elevator( Space Transportation system from earth into deep space) got selected at ISEC(USA), EUSPEC(Germany), ESW(Luxembourg) etc.
His research work appreciated by Pad.Dr. V.Adhimurthy& Dr. Priyankar from INDIAN SPACE RESEARCH ORGANISATION(ISRO),INDIAN INSTITUTE OF SPACE SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY(IIST), Dr. Angel Abbud Madrid (Director, Centre for Space Resourc
