Sacha Ferrandi

I am a Founding Partner of Source Capital Funding Inc, established in 2007. Since that time, I have overseen the entire firm’s operations including the funding of over $144M in private loans.

Born in Spain and raised in La Jolla, California, I earned my bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University. I have been working in sales for such Fortune 500 companies as Time Warner, Pitney Bowes and Johnson & Johnson.

As the Mortgage Broker of record and NMLS licensed Loan Originator, I am responsible for overseeing all activities of the firm with an emphasis on compliance, underwriting and customer relations.
