I am an adventure seeker that loves the chase. I am a researcher at heart and I'm always on a quest for knowledge. Currently I work for ManpowerGroup Solutions RPO as their Manager of Global Sourcing and Social Media.

I have a strong background in technical recruiting and advanced internet sourcing, with a wealth of experience in social media, social recruiting, information retrieval, Boolean logic, mobile recruiting, data analysis, candidate engagement, and passive recruiting.

In the past, I have served as an AIRS Trainer, Director of Recruiting for Moxy, Information Systems Recruiter for CHS, Recruiting Ambassador for T-Mobile, Senior Recruiting for IDR and Recruiting Coordinator/Swim Coach for Vanderbilt University.

I am a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison where I was a member of the varsity swim team and was a three-time Big Ten Champion and four-time NCAA All-American. Go Badgers!!
