South Africa Challenge
The South Africa Challenge is an international experiential learning programme for high potential young people between 18-25 years old, set in Durban, South Africa.
This full on, hands on, no place to hide programme gives participants keen to apply and develop their professional, technical and leadership capacity by tackling and working towards solving real world business and social problems, through a process designed to enable them to succeed in building their confidence and skills, while taking them out of their comfort zones.
Throughout the programme, participants work individually and as a team to design, define and structure their own approach to delivering products, services and projects that capture their imagination, and have the potential to make a real impact to the work of our local partners, or the communities they support in South Africa.
In the process, through constant reflection and feedback from coaches and fellow team mates, participants get to discover and record what they are really good at, what they are passionate about, and some even recognise the one 'big thing' they would like to focus the next phase of their lives doing or developing.
