A native of Seoul, South Korea, Susan brings nearly two decades of experience as a seasoned business development and marketing professional. Her leadership roles span diverse industries, including hospitality, entertainment, gaming, real estate, and publishing/broadcasting. Before founding her own agency, Studio Outlaw, Susan served as Vice President of Marketing & Operations at Accomplices, a full-service media agency, and as Managing Director of Teatro ZinZanni in both Costa Mesa and San Francisco.

Raised in Europe and Asia as part of a military family, Susan also proudly served in the United States Air Force. Her upbringing was deeply rooted in activism, and her family’s dedication to community service earned them the prestigious presidential award Great American Family.

Currently based in London, England, Susan previously spent four years living in Munich, Germany, further enriching her global perspective and cross-cultural expertise.
