Dan has over twenty years of experience in advertising and marketing with an in-depth focus within the healthcare industry, including Hispanics and multi-ethnic markets.

In 2001, Dan co-founded, SouVez Inc., a marketing firm based n New York City. The firm serves the creative and communication needs of local institutions, government agencies, non-profits, healthcare organizations and other ad agencies.

Being a constant innovator and passionate about reaching underserved markets, led Dan on a path to create and establish tHe heAltH reCoRD® , a SouVez media property .

With the advent of a volatile economy and a cluttered media landscape, this new media channel was born out of a need to find a better way of connecting brands with moms, specifically the growing and underserved Hispanic new mom market. It empowers moms with practical tools and medical information, all designed to help moms better care and manage the health and development of their child.

Pre-launched in 2008, tHe heAltH reCoRD® reaches over 1.2 million new moms nationwide — 25% of the new mom market — through its established distribution network of over 650-plus hospitals and organizations, covering 42 states.

Dan’s stint also includes Bates Healthworld, managing product lines for Ohmeda Pharmaceutical (Brevibloc-Beta blocker), Sanofi-Synthelabo (Carpuject) and McNeil Pharmaceutical (Pancrease). Early in his career, Dan helped launch Boston's first Latino managed care center, La Clìnica Latina at Boston City Hospital. In fact, he was at the forefront of marketing healthcare systems in the early '90s to urban Hispanics and multi-ethnic groups.

Dan’s credentials include a Bachelor of Science from the School of Management at Boston College and additional graduate level courses at New York University.
