Who's That Girl? I am an eternally optimistic, 'Smileologist On Tour'. An ideas girl with a bag shaking, all or nothing outlook. I work hard, play hard and am a magnet for the random. I tend to take the road less travelled by way of default setting.

Love, Love, Love.. I love words, vertiginous heels, traffic stopping dresses, Stevie Wonder(ful) and Otis, old skool hip hop with a funksoul twist. Motown makes me smile deep down and is the soundtrack to my version of happy. I love my music loud and dance whether someone is watching or not. I love stories, paths that cross, new ideas and old souls.

Parkinson's Poster Girl My PD diagnosis is a part of me, but it does not define me. It frustrates me, but it will not break me, so long as I am able to maintain the upper hand, it will only ever be a bump in the road. Every day I am inspired to work harder, reach higher, think bigger and always find the funnies.

My World of Sparkle It is a vibrant and stimulating location, fizzing with burgeoning adventure and opportunity. I believe in getting up off my arse and being proactive...being the change. Having Parkinson's along for the journey doesn't get to dampen my ambitions, in fact it will be instrumental in determining the focus of my next venture.....A positive outlook attracts positive people and ultimately, leads to positive experiences. I'd buy that for a dollar!
