• 10 years of experience in quality systems management exercising process improvement. The focus in my career has been centered on reducing costs, cycle time, variation, and waste while increasing customer satisfaction and profit.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and I am pursuing a Black Belt, a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree, and a Project Management Professional certification. I anticipate completion of all in 2018.

• An example of competency in process management as well as effective oral, written, and communication skills is highlighted by a recent formal process improvement initiative I spearheaded to transition Coast Guard aviation towards a paperless system. I leveraged tools specific to the DMIAC process to save my agency an estimated $90,000 annually. This included a myriad of presentations, discussions, tact and personal drive to achieve a year-long project.
