I strongly believe in the motto, “treat others as you would wantto be treated”. Therefore, times when you meet new people all start from thesame box. Everyone has their weaknesses and strengths . Instead of pointing outeach one's weaknesses , I try instead to get everyone's strengths out. That wayyou work is more efficiently and theWork is going forward.

I have always had a burning desire to take me forward InnAboutthat I work with. if it were logistic work or meat cutting in a factory. Bythat I mean that I will work efficient and try to strive for whats best for thecompany im working for. I also try to contribute with a good atmosphere to theworking team/enviroment, of course InnAbout limits. But for me it is importantto be able to work efficiently but at the same time have a good “wibe” and funat your working station. You should find it as fun to go to work every daydespite the living situation you have.

I also make sure that all that is required of me gets done , I'ma man who wants to keep my promises and when I also go out for maximum willingnessto work so that im going to keep what I promised. Another thing that I see asan important thing is that if you can help each one you should always do it, ifnot always, atleast as often as possible. That should be a given thing in everyworkplace , in my opinion , that's why I also strongly aim to help when needed.
