Cynthia is also an international speaker, writer, hope and life advocate. Through equipping, mentoring and over 33 years of outreach, she has provided help and care to over 35,000 women and youth. She also brings healing to women overcoming the aftermath of abortion.

She founded SpeakHope.net and SpeakHope media to provide outreach, advocacy, and restorative care to women and youth vulnerable for predatory relationships, sexual exploitation, sex trafficking, abuse, and abortion.

Serving, in the past, on the Louisiana Governor's Human Trafficking Advisory and she has also given testimony on abortion legislation regarding feticide laws, informed consent, ultrasound provision, requirements for abortionists to have hospital admitting privileges, and prevention of forced abortion including requirements for abortion facilities to provide screening, signage, and resources for survivors of human trafficking.

Cynthia assisted, Dr. Laura Lederer (Global Centurion), in creating an online training on human trafficking for Heartbeat International providing awareness for Pregnancy Resource Centers along with presenting in workshops at both Heartbeat International and Care Net on the high rate of pregnancy and forced abortion amongst human trafficking survivors. The SpeakHope ministry also provides care for women who've experienced pregnancy during trafficking, helping with resources for both mother and baby.

Through outreach and missions she’s also been an advocate for women and children in Louisiana, the US, at the United Nations, Israel, the Netherlands, Hungary, Portugal, India, and Australia.
