Kolin Toney

I was born to be a photographer. From the moment I first had a camera in my hands (I want to say when I was about 3 or so) I've always had a fascination with cameras themselves; how they work, what all the knobs and buttons do, etc. But, more importantly, I've always had the drive to find out what they can do, and how far I can push them. Photography is so much more than just cameras and do-dads and things that go "click." It's about creating. Creating a visual experience that makes the viewer feel something. Whether it's happiness or sadness or even the sense of wonder at the sight of something they've never seen before. There is nothing I feel more passionate about in the whole wide world.
