I have also helped clients improve profits by almost $1 billion through the identification of growth opportunities, efficiencies and cost optimization. As the CFO of a Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) private equity backed operating company, I led the turn-around of this under performing business enhancing its economic value by $75+ million, improving profits by $25 million and supporting its divestiture. Most recently I designed and drove the global restructuring and reorganization for a $2.5 billion consulting and systems integration business with 14,000 employees operating in 10 regions across 181 countries globally in order to drive increased sales and operating performance after four years of flat growth.
