I have spent My Life in Sport , Rugby (Both Codes) Gymnastics and Bodybuilding. As My Career came to an end through Arthritus I began Coaching and am still available to help Fine Tune Performance. I now throw My weight behind The Alzheimers Society and Time to Change , believing Everyone Should have a Voice and a Basic Right to be Heard.
