Spencer Bird

Hi! I'm Spencer Bird. I am currently living in Layton, Utah where I work at the University of Utah Red Zone clothing store. I have been lucky enough to work at the Red Zone for almost four years. I have been able to gain a lot of retail and customer service experience. I will graduate from the University of Utah in May, 2015 with a degree of Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies. I have taken courses involving journalism, social media, along with many courses on day to day interpersonal communication strategies. When i'm not at work or school, I am probably relaxing on the couch with a Dr. Pepper enjoying a television show. One of my biggest passions is Utah Athletics. I regularly attend and watch Utah football, basketball, and gymnastics. I am also very proud of my Greek heritage. In May/June of 2012 I was able to travel back to Greece with a program through the University of Utah Learning Abroad Office which was one of the greatest experiences of my life, and it helped spark my desire to travel the world. I have a long list of places around the world I would love to visit and can't wait for the day I can embark on my next adventure. I enjoy being a member of the Utah Greek community and volunteer yearly at the Ogden Greek Festival. I love meeting new people and learning new things, and am passionate about everything I do.
