Spencer is a third-year undergraduate student in the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech. He has big aspirations of becoming a successful member of society. What makes Spencer stand out is his work ethic. He has kept a 3.87 while taking on the tasks of being a part-time employee and volunteer. Learning from successful people, managing conflicts and creating the most effective way to accomplishing a task is what he loves to do.
