Rooted deeply in the resilience of township life, ANDRWMAARS began crafting music in 2012, starting with early freestyles alongside his late friend Bongokuhle 'Sir B' Mbhele. His sound fuses contemporary hip-hop, soulful melodies, and Durban's unmistakable heartbeat — drawing inspiration from personal experiences of love, loss, struggle, faith, and triumph.
