Student in Johannesburg

I am Sphesihle Ndlela, a 21-year-old student at the University of Johannesburg, where I am pursuing my third year of study in the Bachelor of Education in Senior Phase and FET program. My areas of specialization are Neurodevelopmental Learning Needs and IsiZulu. My passion for education drives my decision to pursue this degree, and I am committed to making it my profession. With a strong desire to support students with diverse learning needs, I am excited to gain the knowledge and skills necessary to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. My interest in Neurodevelopmental Learning Needs allows me to explore the complexities of learning and development, while my study of IsiZulu enables me to connect with my cultural heritage and communicate effectively with students from diverse linguistic backgrounds. Through my studies, I aim to develop a deep understanding of teaching methodologies, learning theories, and assessment strategies that cater to the unique needs of senior phase and FET students. I am eager to make a positive impact in the lives of my future students and contribute to the development of a more inclusive and equitable education system.
