He has been fully engaged in the entire life cycle of definition, design, and implementation of software projects around the world.

Over the years, he has accrued a wealth exceptional knowledgebase in both depth and breadth, marrying government budgeting expertise, business analysis, and software application development skills. As a Solution Architect, he has designed and implemented numerous Budgeting and Performance Management applications for governments at the Local, State, and Federal levels using a wide variety of technologies and methodologies.
