Concierge-Style Surgical Practice

What does it mean to be a "concierge-style surgical practice?" In short, it means that our practice is with you from the beginning to the end of your treatment - for anything and everything.

You see the surgeon for at least 60 minutes to review whether you are a candidate for spine surgery. Everything about the pre and post operative period is clearly explained beforehand. There are no silly questions! We spend as much time as you need with us.

Our office assists in travel arrangements and hotel accommodations while you recover in South Florida. Our office always puts patients first! We have experience making your stay, as well as your loved ones' stay, as pleasant as possible and will tailor your visit to your requests or special needs.

Our staff arranges everything for our patients during the pre-operative process and post-operative process. All appointments including MRIs, medical clearance, and other appointments are all arranged by our office. Patients only have to show up at the time that is arranged for them.

Our staff also files ALL insurance claims for patients who are out-of-network. We file all of the proper coding fees and reimbursement goes directly to the patient. Most practices simply provide patients with the codes and then the patient has to fight with the insurance company. In our practice, it's exactly the opposite - we fight with the insurance companies to make sure our patients are reimbursed the maximum amount.

While in the hospital, patients are constantly followed by Dr. Gleiber personally, as well as the nursing staff, internal medicine doctor, cardiologist and other consultants that he deems appropriate. This ensures that we have not only provided the best surgical care, but also the best aftercare.
