Spiro Geroulanos

Spiro Geroulanos is an entrepreneurial, forward-thinking Professional Engineer who has been practicing since 1998. He is Managing Member of Trident Developers NY, a Brooklyn-based company that handles a variety of commercial and residential real estate development and construction projects. Spiro began his career as a Geotechnical Engineer at Mueser Rutledge Consulting Engineers.
Spiro Geroulanos is dedicated to promoting and creating more buildings that rely on green energy in order to reduce waste and pollution in the environment. He greatly values energy-efficient construction and aims to include this ideal in all the projects he works on. Spiro believes that in creating more energy-efficient buildings in real estate, it'll lead to much healthier living for the people of the world.
Spiro is affiliated with the Kimisis Theotokou Greek Orthodox Church and he is a member of AHEPA. He is also Vice President of the Board of Directors and Chairperson of the Building Committee for The Greek School of Plato. Spiro and his wife Christina both attended the school as teens, and later, so did their two children: Melina and Haralambos (Bobby) Geroulanos.
