Hi there!

My name is Sidney, I currently live in Ottawa but was born and raised in Toronto. I graduated from the University of Ottawa a couple years ago where I did my undergraduate degree and my bachelor od education. Since then, I have been supply teaching and doing LTO's. I am currently in an LTO teaching half day grade 3 and 4 math and half day Kindergarten at the most wonderful school. This is what has sparked my interest and pushed me to take this course, as I am loving teaching primary! Aside from currently teaching primary, I do not have a ton of experience with this age group. Through teacher's college, one of my placements was in a high school teaching English to students grades 9-11 and the second one was with students in grade 4.

In my free time, you can find me listening to music, enjoying nature and spending time with family and friends. I tutor a couple students between the ages of 8-12 and help them with French and English and I absolutely love doing it.

I am quite looking forward to learning with you all and becoming a better teacher!
