Children are our future. It’s my responsibility to ensure their knowledge and preparation for that future. I help students acquire skills that they need to participate in society through creative materials and lesson planning. I have developed strong relationships with my students through various methods of effective communication. I focus on organizing positive and collaborative work environments for the students. Building a stimulating, innovative, imaginative and safe environment is one of the most important factors in ensuring a child’s education. I have worked with many students are Deaf.
