An UX Architect / Product Manager with +9 years of extensive experience for developing innovative products or services from strategic planning to product and user experience design.

Previously Lead User Experience Architect of Concent, Inc., an user experience and design strategy firm based in Tokyo, and User Experience Designer at Rakuten, Inc., largest B2B2C (business-to-business-to-consumer) model e-commerce company in Japan. Lead wide range of Service Design strategy to untangle complex business and customer requirements, helping team to develop good user experience capabilities which also includes activities in the “back stage” of the service value chain where materials or information needed by the front stage are processed.

My greatest accomplishment (so far) is 'Customer Experience Mapping'; where I develop Customer Journey Map demonstrating the interaction of customers with the product and organizational process across a variety of touch points and devices reflecting selected findings from user observation and interview for creating a vision and experience strategy roadmap to ensure that everyone is first involved in designing that strategy together, leading cross-functional teams from a product's conception though to its launch.

Also, I'm getting myself involved in start-ups preferring to help entrepreneurs to understand the right questions in order to solve or clarify UX issues from earlier stage.

In 2015, started working as Japan Ambassador for Medium, publishing platform company founded by Evan Williams who's also founder of Twitter.

In my public life, I'm a featured speakeras Human Centered Design and Lean UX advocate at several web design forums and events. I also enjoy visiting other companies to conduct Human Centered Design Workshop for raising awareness of HCD methodology and UX Design.
