Julie Spurrier
EDI, IT, and Project Manager in Houston Tx
My profile photo is one of my drawing—because I’m not just in tech, I’m also an artist.
I’m an experienced EDI and technical operations professional who combines analytical thinking with creative insight. With a strong background in global supply chain integration, B2B connectivity, and system optimization, I’ve helped companies streamline processes, reduce fallout, and ensure data accuracy across complex ecosystems.
I’ve worked extensively with EDI standards like the 850 (Purchase Order), 856 (Advance Ship Notice), 855 (Order Acknowledgement), and 810 (Invoice), ensuring smooth, compliant, and timely exchanges between trading partners. Tools like Seeburger, SAP Ariba, and JSON-based APIs are part of my daily toolkit—but what truly sets me apart is how I apply both logic and artistry to problem-solving.
Whether I’m troubleshooting integration issues, mapping documents, or mentoring cross-functional teams, I approach each challenge with creativity, empathy, and a focus on scalable solutions. I’ve led enterprise-level projects and worked closely with IT, procurement, and finance stakeholders to align technology with real business needs.
I’m currently looking for a new opportunity where I can bring this unique blend of technical expertise and creative perspective to a company that values innovation, resilience, and human-centered systems. I’m also exploring ways to incorporate my passion for art and community engagement into this next chapter—because I believe some of the best ideas happen where logic meets creativity.
If you're looking for someone who can bridge systems and people, fix the gaps others overlook, and bring original thinking to complex problems—let’s connect.
