Hi, I’m Joshua. I’m a student living in Cincinnati, Ohio. I'm currently a student at the University of Cincinnati and an alumnus of Wayne County Schools Career Center, and Orrville High School. I also took classes at the University of Akron. I served as the Class of 2018 President and the Engineering Trade President. In my free time, I enjoy participating in science and academic competitions, volunteering with school and civic organization, and attending sporting events with my friends.

I spend what time I have left doing some really awesome stuff with some really awesome people. Being a part of Scouting, Key Club, local service groups, and school activities have played a huge role in my development as a young professional. In college, I have continued my service in Scouting as well as with the University of Cincinnati Bearcat Bands.

At the University of Cincinnati, I currently study Electronic Media and Political Science. Upon graduation, I plan to study copyright and trademark law.

I have been involved in Scouting since I was ten years old. I joined Troop 60 in 2011, was elected to the Order of the Arrow in 2013, and earned the rank of Eagle Scout in 2016. I was recognized with the Vigil Honor in 2017.

In my time with the OA, I have attended NOAC 2015, the NEXT: A New Century Conference, and Order of the Arrow Trail Crew. I was also honored with the opportunity to staff Prism, the 2017 National Scout Jamboree, and the 2018 NOAC. I served as the Marketing Co-Lead for the 2017 OA Hackathon and am currently serving as the 2019 OA Hackathon Focus Vice Chief, the youth lead.

Scouting, as well as my other civic activities, has had an inspiring impact on my life and the lives of my friends. I look forward to the next yeas of meeting new people and forwarding the ideals of Scouting to the next generation.
