Managed direct relation with client managers for sales/recruitment needs. Solely responsible for Orientation of the consultant before they join the client. Consultant and Client manager introduction on their first day of work.
Periodically was able to interact with client managers and cross check on the performance of the resources supplied to their projects,Strategic Consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development.

Assist clients with their need by providing them support.
Directly involved in helping the sales team in their pre-sales efforts.
Regular interaction with Account Managers for all the key accounts to gather resource requirements and feedback on the interviews.
Sourcing the right candidates via personal database, internet job portals and vendor network
Able to Pre-qualify candidates by doing a IT screening to determine initial suitability for current roles due to the IT background.
Managing and coordinating recruitment and bench team daily.
