Sreekanth Vadla serves as an Account Manager- Survey Business for Kenexa APAC region. As an Account Manager, Mr. Vadla wear two hats: partially in marketing and completely in business development. His position in marketing requires that he communicate what Kenexa do through multiple channels and create "pull," which means, in short: opportunities for the Kenexa to work with other organizations. On the business development side, he meet with existing and potential clients, identifying opportunities to work together, up close and personal. He then negotiate and manage deals throughout the process. Travel is a large part of his job. He mainly travel across India, Malaysia and Singapore. In this position, he really enjoy traveling and meeting people around the world. Mr. Vadla is previously from a HCM space software sales and business development manager in India, serving organizations across India. Mr. Vadla holds a Master of Business Administration degree, specialized in HR and OD from S.K.University.
