I'm the Director of Kennedy & NextGen Schools, Guntur & Ongole, AP.
An Alumnus of the University of South Florida (pursued M.S. in Engineering), Bapatla Engineering College (B.Tech), Sainik School Korukonda (VI-XII), Kennedy School (K-V), I took over the onus of leading the Kennedy School (K-X school in Guntur established in 1981 by my parents) towards achieving its cherished goals as the Director in May 2002.
Established two premium primary schools - Next Gen Kids (www.nextgenkids.in) in 2009 & 2014 at Guntur and two World Class Schools - Next Gen International Schools (www.nextgenschool.in) - one in 2015 at Ongole in a 12-acre greenfield setup with state of the art infrastructure & activities including Equestrian Sports, Obstacle & Mountaineering, Swimming, Skating, Rifle Shooting, etc and other in 2019 at Guntur with more futuristic education spaces & a unique Indoor Sports Complex, that houses 25mtr Swimming Pool, Wooden Shuttle & Squash Courts, Fitness Centre, 8 Lane Rifle Shooting Range, Aerobics & Yoga Hall, Chess, Carroms & Table Tennis.
Kennedy & Next Gen Schools are presently imparting education to over 3000 students from various parental backgrounds, with a moderate fee as low as INR 2250 per month. NextGen School has received British Council's International School Award, both Kennedy & NextGen are ranked & awarded by Education World, CFore, BrainFeed, Education Today, Digital Learning, Elets, Silicon India, GTF, Adf, Praxis Media, NSA, etc numerous magazines & organizations.
I've been actively involved in various school management associations & a couple of educational societies. State Chair for AP at ARISE (in association with FICCI), President of ISMA (Independent Schools Managements Association, AP), State EC member of APPUSMA. I'm also a Director of The Visakhapatnam Co-operative Bank (largest cooperative urban bank in South India)
I worked as a Teaching Assistant at USF, Tampa. Visited & participated in a number of conferences & study tours in various places including Finland, Sweden, UAE, Singapore, Australia, Japan, China, UK, USA, etc. Conducted many motivational & teacher training sessions and has been a speaker on a number of TV shows & discussions about Education Technology, RTE, Art of Parenting, Future of Classroom & Education, AI, etc
