I am an accomplished technical support engineer specializing in increasing customer satisfaction while troubleshooting in complex technical environments. I’ve provided both pre and post sale support for various software and worked with peers and customers around the globe.

My management experience includes leading teams, improving support performance, optimizing working procedures, implementing CRM systems, self-service solutions and knowledge bases, leading cross organizational collaborations and assisting marketing to increase revenue by developing customer journey and customer retention strategies.

Apart for technical and business studies, I also studied poetry and prose writing, children’s book illustration and am a certified puppeteer and puppetry instructor. I aim to empower and promote women in the high-tech industry and in general and am an avid blogger and online activist.
