I promote creative talent, write on culture and technology and am an advisor to a few startups delivering branding solutions. I also translate from and into English and Kannada.

Kadalu represents award winning writers worldwide and acts as co-agent to international publishers and literary agencies to the UK and Indian subcontinent.

I co-founded an e-commerce venture in 1997 as part of the digital transformation of our independent bookshop in the UK and Co-founded Peak Platform in 2009, which has published over 50 books and 25 first-time authors. World literature in translation has been published in English and Kannada. 'Gandhi: From Monu to Mahatma', received a translation award in 2014.

The e-commerce venture was shortlisted for the UK DTI / ISI e-commerce awards and the Sunday Times e-league top 100 Pre- IPO European Internet Ventures. Co-founded Peak Literary Festival in 2005 and curated the events for the festival until 2010. I was a founding trustee of a charitable trust that raised £1.6 million to restore the 18th century weir to preserve the heritage and biodiversity on the river Derwent in the UK. I act as an advisor to Caesurae Academic Journal, Cairo Literary Festival and a few start-ups and digital transformation projects.
