Howdy, I’m Sri. I’m a consultant living in Sydney NSW, Australia.

I have over 15 years of experience in the ICT industry, specializing in delivering large, enterprise-wide projects. As an agile delivery practitioner, I have over 6 years’ experience in coaching, mentoring, and leading complex business and IT projects.

My friends and co-workers have often told that I am a good listener, and beyond that I believe that I am a curious, and a quiet individual. Being able to maintain a calm head in tough/critical situations, has helped me and my teams regain focus in tricky situations and helped us to come up with creative win-win outcomes.

I learn when I am working with people with different backgrounds, cultures and have the twinkly in their eye when they do what they love.

I have found that one of the best ways to personal growth is to share and listen. Having said that I envision myself to be a sought-after agile coach and project management consultant, who believes that his experiences are there to add value to teams, organizations and stakeholders.

Having worked with outstanding organizations such as General Electric, Hewlett Packard Enterprises, Fidelity Investments, and delivering complex projects, I have liaised with all levels of stakeholders, and look forward to similar challenges.

I seek knowledge, growth, responsibility, and challenges, where I am working in a motivating/supportive environment with the business stakeholders setting the right direction for both, the organization as well as the teams.

And while being on this journey, I would love opportunities to eat ice-cream, watch a play with children and continue to participate in volunteering activities, particularly those that help the aged and the underprivileged.
