At the age of 29, Sarah Roberts got sober from alcohol and quickly found herself transferring her addiction to sugar. She went on a quest to seek ways to live well in recovery and she went on to share what she'd learned with others.

Sarah is passionate about food, fitness & fun! Her perfect weekend consists of writing, meal planning, cooking, long bike rides in summer or hitting the ski slopes in winter. Sundays, you'll find her in the kitchen cooking up brunch for friends and family.
