Hi, I'm Sheridan and like you am trying to be mindful in my everyday life. I notice and write about my mindful and mindless moments, all that I think, sense, feel and do, and through this gain a deeper understanding of what mindfulness is and how it affects me.
My blog lets you know through everyday examples what mindfulness actually is and reveals how my mind works, and so perhaps your mind too. We rarely share with each other how our minds work and can often think that is is just us that thinks like this.
