Shawn Sieg
I am responsible for supporting and working with all of UHR to solve problems with available technology including hardware, software and peripherals. I study and analyzes system needs, trains users on software and hardware, handles troubleshooting, and provides quality assurance review of user systems. Acts as project manager, typically performs time estimates, and reviews status of projects.
As an early adopter myself, I'm constantly working with our strategic partners across campus to evaluate how a new tool or service can be used within the organization. Furthermore, I am an active contributor and consultant to 20+ IT collaborative meetings and various email groups on campus focused on IT integration.
