Open since March 2014, SSM Direct is a growing marketing and sales firm located in King of Prussia, PA. As we have expanded and have plans for continued growth, we have find it important to offer insight into our company’s values, reviews, and goals.
For SSM Direct, being a top sales firm means acting with integrity, authenticity, and complete transparency. For us, it’s not about acquiring new customers for our clients but acquiring long term and HAPPY customers that will help spread our clients name. It’s not about finding customers for our product, but finding the right products for our customers. Exceeding sales targets is an important goal for any quality sales and marketing firm; however, to be great, we have to consider the type of customers we are bringing our clients. A happy customer that will stay long term will always outweigh a short-term customer who feels like we sold them something merely to make a sale. Integrity is everything.
Furthermore, SSM Direct teaches employees how to be autonomous in the workforce and lead themselves. When Phillip Stodgell opened SSM Direct, he knew he wanted to work with people who could problem solve and be independent. He did not want to have to micromanage and hand-hold, he wanted to work with ambitious entrepreneurs. Therefore, he developed an intensive management training program that would train team members from the ground up. Training centers around communication, time management, strategic leadership, and entrepreneurialism.
