Legal incorporation is required to establish formation of company as a separate legal entity. Until then, it is merely nonexistent. In order to become a legal entity, a company must follow the steps for new company registration, whether it's a public company, a private company, or just one individual. The Companies Act, 2013 regulates incorporation of public and private companies.
