My varied global experiences from a kibbutz in Israel, the mountains of Niigata, Japan, the streets of Tegucigal, Honduras to the metropolitan life of New York, London and Mumbai, the city where I grew up have helped me develop a richer understanding of societies and human conditions. My professional expereince in the for-profit and non-profit spheres, my immigrant expereinces in the US and my personal journey as a wife and mother of two young girls inform my work as a journalist.
